Customer service was great. Rafael is awesome. Food was ok. Taste baked not BBQ. Portions are a nice size. Food is already prepped so this is a nice place to grab and go. I would visit again.

The food usually is pretty good. Taste quality fluctuates depending on who makes what and product changes, but still usually pretty good. Hardworking and overworked staff that still manages to be friendly and provide excellent service.

The food sure there under heat lamps. Chicken wasn't great but the brisket want half bad with a little sauce on it.
